The Resources for Clinicians section included the Tool Kit, manuals, various forms, and patient handouts. Organizations may also want to make use of these same materials. Health care organizations such as group practices, health plans, and hospital clinics often have special resources to help clinicians implement quality improvement programs. This section seeks to assist health care organizations in implementing the Three Component Model (3CM).

Of particular interest may be six implementation stories, which are narratives from health plans, a community health center, and the Deployment Health Clinical Center of the Department of Defense in describing their experiences in implementing the Three Component Model (3CM).

Some organizations may feel they would benefit from obtaining formal consultation as they seek to improve the quality of care they provide patients suffering from depression. The final section called “How to Get Help” describes how organizations can access the consultation services of the developers of the Three Component Model (3CM).
