A twenty-nine minute video of the Three Component Model of depression care management has been produced to accompany the care manager training program. The DVD/video is divided into seven segments to facilitate stopping for discussion. Each segment demonstrates an element of the process of care involved in the model of depression management. A review of the Care Manager Training Manual first will aide in recognition of the elements of care.
