An eighteen minute video of the Three Component Model of depression care has been produced to accompany the clinician education program whether administered as a workshop or in an academic detailing mode (Ref 1, Ref 2 ). The DVD/video is divided into seven segments to facilitate stopping for discussion. The Facilitator Training Guide describes details of how the audio-visual segments are used.
